very good price, lot of food and free alcohol included. not feels like a four star hotel. we stayed 3 nights and enjoye

free parking, different vegetarian options, soy milk and generous with fruits which is important for me as a vegetarian.

the deserts was not good. no vegan options. boring to drink cava and wine in plastic mugs. the drinks was very poor, no extra.

A great and cozy place with nature, beaches and food all in one place

The service delivery by the staff was amazing from the cleaning staff, to the reception and the bar everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend to stay here just for the service alone. Furthermore the seaside view of the apartments is breathtaking

The elevators are quite small. To fit with 4 people and some luggage is quite challenging. The average age of the guests staying is 55+ that wasn't a big problem but wasn't mentioned.

Overall pleasant excluding details

* Delicious food with a great variety. New menu for lunch and dinner every day. (For breakfast no daily changes, but variety is alright) * Comfortable location: 2 mins walking distance from everything: beach, bus station (~30 mins to airport), the center of the Es Canar, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. * Bar with a wide variety of free drinks * Swimming pool with enough sunbeds * Whole day various activities hosted by extremely friendly animators crew * Room cleaning every day, changing towels, refreshing bed linen, cleaning bathroom * We had flights back in the evening. Even tho we couldn't get late checkout due to the high amount of visitors, we were allowed to use all the amenities of the hotel for the rest of the day. There's a storage room, we could have lunch, use the bar, a swimming pool, etc. There's also a guest shower room, you need to ask for keys, tho smelly and had signs of fungus, but I'm not an expert, could be just calc or something.

* Overpriced on booking.com, be careful and check Airbnb first. We paid 1.4k for 7 nights on booking, while on Airbnb it cost ~850. I mistakenly booked without the cancellation, and a hotel administrator didn't allow me to cancel it, no matter how I asked. The "Price match" deal from booking.com didn't work either (another quest is to find out how to even request it). They tell you to send screenshots from another platform and the link and expect the link to have the apartment available for booking, but they check within 24 hours, so if the spot is booked, you won't get anything back. * Noisy rooms: You can hear people dragging chairs, the noise of the conditioner from the hotel kitchen rooftop, creaky beds * Beds were uncomfortable for us. They were too hard, very noisy, and creaky from each slight movement. * The shower faucet-to-douche switcher was broken. Instead of switching, the cap came off entirely. Firstly, we found a way to use it and got used to it even tho it was annoying. Later we fixed it ourselves, we had to screw it in at the right angle. We didn't report. * Bidet - we didn't manage to turn on the water. Maybe we are dumb, maybe it actually doesn't work. We didn't report. * No cleaning for the room kitchen. We left the kitchen doors open, and the cleaning staff just closed the kitchen doors without cleaning. We requested cleaning using the phone and got "ok". But a day passed, and nothing happened. We requested from the front desk again, and we were told that they don't clean the kitchen. They provided us with cleaning stuff to wash the dishes ourselves. * Shared laundry room is useless. 3 euros for washing. No washing powder or anything. We were told to buy it from a shop, but there were no 1-time or small bags in the shop. Take some washing capsules with you if you expect to wash your clothes.

Hotel good location

The hotel was ok rooms were bit dated and tired also hotel in areas looking tired. Pool area was good size and found food in hotel to be very basic staff in all areas found to be very polite.

Very clean, fresh towels and maid service daily. Very clean, pool area great and staff were brilliant. Close to all the local shops, restaurants and bars, great value for money

Beds and sofa bed were a little uncomfortable, apart from that I cannot really fault the hotel for the price

Very Good

Spotlessly clean, very reasonably priced, air conditioning and pool all great. Great location and sea view.

Rooms a little small and a little dated but absolutely fine and met our needs sufficiently. Needs one staff member or lifeguard continually around the pool area to manage large groups.

Had a nice general appearance from outside. Pool was nice as well. It had a eating establishment, limited hours though.

Sometimes you get a little attitude from receptionist but they then soften up and are okay. Hard to explain. But we see this throughout Spain.

Good value for money but there’re some improvements

Nice pool, relaxing area in the sun and gym.

The beds are really bad for a 4 star hotel. I slept in $5 hostels with better beds. And nowadays it is ridiculous to let guests pay for WiFi usage.
